osTicket v1.9.12, v1.10-RC.2 Released!

The osTicket team is pleased to announce availability of osTicket, v1.9.12, the latest stable release in 1.9.x series as well as v1.10-RC.2 (Release Candidate 2).

Release Highlights

This release fixes bugs and addresses performance issues reported from prior versions, and also introduces a host of new enhancements.

Upgrading your installation

If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version - please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket v1.9.12 and follow the installation guide on the wiki.

Please be sure to upgrade your plugins as well as any language packs you have installed.
 

osTicket v1.10-RC.2 Available

We're also super excited to announce the availability of osTicket v1.10-RC.2 (Release Candidate 2). We consider the release to be stable enough for production use (we've been dogfooding it in production for a while). 

Please help us get to a stable release sooner. Upgrade a copy of your production to explore the new awesome features and send feedback our way. To learn more about these features please see our release notes.
 

osTicket Featured on "Mr. Robot"!

osTicket, the world's most popular open source help desk software, appeared in the hit new television series from USA Network "Mr. Robot". osTicket appeared in episode 8 near the 45 minute mark.

By their choice of osTicket, it is apparent Allsafe Cybersecurity firm (the firm Elliot works for in "Mr. Robot") made at least one excellent decision in their operations.
