The osTicket team is pleased to announce availability of osTicket, v1.9.11, the latest stable release in 1.9.x series.
This release fixes bugs and addresses potential security vulnerability reported from prior versions, and also introduces a few new enhancements.

Maintenance Release for 1.8 Series
For osTicket 1.8 users who are unable or unwilling to upgrade to version 1.9.11, we’ve made a new maintenance release available, v1.8.12. This new version addresses a few issues from previous versions. These fixes have also been integrated into v1.9.11.
Upgrading your installation
If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version - please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket v1.9.11 and follow the installation guide on the wiki.
Please be sure to upgrade your plugins as well as any language packs you have installed.
osTicket v1.10-RC.1 Available
We're also super excited to announce the availability of osTicket v1.10-RC.1 (Release Candidate). The release is recommended for avid-users and enthusiasts to peek into the system and work with us to troubleshoot the upcoming release.
