osTicket v1.9.9 Released

The osTicket team is pleased to announce availability of osTicket, v1.9.9, the latest stable release in 1.9.x series.

Release Highlights

This release fixes bugs reported from prior versions, and introduces a few new enhancements.

Maintenance Release for 1.8 Series

For osTicket 1.8 users who are unable or unwilling to upgrade to version 1.9.8, we’ve made a new maintenance release available, v1.8.11. This new version addresses a few issues from previous versions. These fixes have also been integrated into v1.9.9.

Upgrading your installation

If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version - please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket v1.9.9 and follow the installation guide on the wiki.

Upcoming version (v1.10)

We're also super excited to announce the availability of osTicket v1.10 DPR (Developer Preview Release).  Help us get to stable release sooner by working with us to troubleshoot the upcoming release.
