osTicket v1.15.7/v1.16.2 Available
We are happy to announce that Version 1.16.2 of osTicket is now available!
Release Highlights
The release fixes bugs and addresses several security vulnerabilities reported in prior versions, and also introduces a host of awesome enhancements and improvements. Please note that v1.16.2 requires PHP 8 and v1.15.7 is compatible with PHP 7.2 to 7.4

Upgrading Your Installation
Note: Before upgrading osTicket, be sure to check your PHP version to make sure it is compatible. osTicket v1.16.2 requires PHP 8.
If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version – please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket and follow the installation guide.
Please be sure to upgrade your plugins as well as any language packs you have installed.
If maintaining your osTicket installation is becoming daunting, we would encourage you to consider osTicket as a hosted service – we’ll even import data from your current installation, free of charge. Maintenance Releases for 1.15 Series
For osTicket users who are unable or unwilling to upgrade, we highly recommend upgrading to the 1.15.7 maintenance release, v1.15.7. These new maintenance releases address security vulnerabilities affecting prior releases. These fixes have also been integrated into v1.16.2
