Ticket Closing

Hi,
Thanks to all the members of this forum who have supported my last thread & given me a solution.
I was wondering if there is a facility in Osticket when anybody closes a ticket it sends out a mail to that department members(managers/staff etc.).

If anybody can shed some light on it i would appreciate it.

Thanks alot Masino i appreciate it a lot.One more thing i would like to ask whether the staff ticket closing can be disabled so that only Admin/Managers can close the tickets.Basically i do not want my staff members to have the control of closing the tickets not even a single ticket.

Thanks a lot Masino Sinaga.But i do not know how to alter the database in MySql as i am a newbie.If anybody can describe the process in details i would be very much obliged.

Thanks a lot for giving this mod Masino Sinaga, but when i try to login in the admin login i get a blank screen after i login the same happens with the new ticket screen .Can you suggest me where i might be wrong ?
