I've installed and tested osTicket 1.6. All features work correctly except the next: neither users nor managers/admins receive the alerts about status changing (closing or re-opening) and after internal notes creation. Alerts aftert new tickets or new messages creation work normally. I use PHP mail function, all the alerts and autoresponders are enabled (except overlimit notice). Does anybody know the possible reason? |

In Admin panel -> Settings -> New Message Alert you have it enabled right?

Yes, sure. "New Message Alert" and "New Internal Note Alert" are enabled. But only "New Internal Note Alert" doesn't work.

have you got the managers/admins assigned to the right department?

Yes, sure, all the departments have the managers. Actually, I'm the manager of corresponded department - and I have no alerts neiher about internal notes nor about ticket closing.

Este tema me parece muy importante, lo estoy siguiendo de cerca ya que a mi me esta pasando lo mismo, claro esta que yo soy nuevo en el uso de esta maravillosa herramienta
