I have verified the following to be correct: php.ini - timezone is set correctly mySQL = running sql query for server date/time returns correct date/time Server = set to correct date/time osTicket install = set to correct date/time in admin panel osTicket users = all set to correct timezone in personal preferences I don't now what else to check....if I submit a ticket on 7/22/2010 at 7:00 AM it shows in the system that it was submitted 7/22/2010 at 3:00 AM. Any suggestions? |

I was able to resolve it by changing my users 'location settings' from what we are actually in to a setting that is 4 hours different. I went into the database and did manual updates.
Changed ost_config table: timezone_offset to -1 Changed ost_staff to show all staff's timezone_offset to -1 and daylight_saving to 1. This now makes all time entries for tickets correct. Don't ask me why....but there is obviously a major bug in the system somewhere that causes these issues. |
