[REQUEST] Enhancement for end-user interface

Hi guys,
i'm testing the italian version of OsTicket made by PiccoloRisparmio, and all is ok.

I want to know if it is possibile to see, into the end-user interface and when the user check the status of every single ticket, the name of the staff member that takes charge of it (example : "The Ticket is assigned to Mr.PIPPO"), and his telephone numbers.

I've searched into MODS but i can't find this feature.
