Is there a module that can do this...ala Bug Tracker?

Greetings All,

I was curious if there was a way to achieve the following with OSTicket:

- Making the front page kinda like a bug tracker
- All (open & closed) tickets are publicly visible
- Passwords not needed (but still require an E-mail for updates)
- Allow for public comments
- E-mail notifications of status changes
- Tickets re-openable
- Merge tickets
- Filter options to help sorting
