We have some staff who used to double click submit on a new ticket causing duplicate tickets. After training that stopped.

Now we have the same issue with tickets created out in the field using...

Auto populate fields form created tickets

Log clients name in message

Question Date not correct

There seams to be a problem with the date it is not emailing through the corrected date.
