can't get to API settings page from admin panel
I am able to log into the admin panel and access all the features and settings except for the api settings page. I get prompted to log in when i click on it. I assume its a simple fix, like the staff panel was. I will try editing the php file and see if it fixes it.

Bug is an IE only issue. works in firefox. Must be CSS or JS code not working in IE.
