Access Denied - ticket still generated
permissions violoation
I have created a user with restricted rights.
suppose there are group A and grou B. User is only member of group A. Has no rights to create ticket or assign it to anyone in group B. When user submits new ticket to other department and assign it to other person in group B he gets Access denied message. There is no ticket in his account neither in close nor in open tickets. But the bug is ticket is generated and even assigned to Department B and Department B's member. I have checked this both in RC2 and RC3. |
