Ok, We've put some canned responses into our osTicket and I finally got to use one ... but it wouldn't send.

Tried it again, choosing the canned response and just pressed enter in the textarea and it seems to have sent a blank response to the client.

Now I'm here on the osTicket site I can see there's a RC3 - haven't installed it yet, but thought I'd better mention the canned response problem - hopefully if anyone else has the same problem I hope it's fixed in RC3 :-)

Thanks - have you seen the post about just getting a blank page after logging into the SCP. Hence why I didn't know the canned response was working?
