Mysql Charset
Define in config file
Hi!

Can you define mysql default charset in config file?

My DB uses windows-1251 default encoding, and after updates I always need change mysql.php:

PHP Code:
27        @mysql_query('SET NAMES "UTF8"');
28        @mysql_query("SET COLLATION_CONNECTION=utf8_general_ci");
