won't show any tickets when clicking ie 'view open', only when using advanced search
Problem:
When logging in, no tickets are shown, not after clicking 'View open', 'View closed' or whatever. Only when doing a blank advanced search. Solution: Change all occurrences of 'Open' to 'open' (lower case) in include/staff/tickets.inc.php. This did the trick for me (status column in ost_tickets table is of type enum('open', 'closed'), not enum('Open','Closed'). nb; it might be a specific problem for my mysql server version (5.0.27), don't know how mysql normally handles cases. hope it's helpfull |
