Tickets are reopened upon delete
Hello,
when I delete a ticket ( no matter if open or closed state) it is reopened upon the next mail fetch. Please tell me which data to provide to prove it is a bug. At first I thought it's an IMAP problem so I changed to pop / delete afterwards. Regards
