Ticket data not shown
view.php does not show ticket data to user
When user comes back to site to check status of their ticket, the ticket list shows a table of open/closed tickets, but when you click on the leftmost icon to actually see the data, you get a blank page.
This does nothing but bring up a blank page: /view.php?id=286541 (id # shown is example only) It's no wonder there's nothing being displayed, view.php has nothing in it except: <?php //We are now using tickets.php but we need to keep view.php for backward compatibility require('tickets.php'); ?>
