admin login error "Authentication Required"
Hi,

i have tried to setup osticket few times and i'm very sure that my admin username and password is correct but i still got error message "Authentication Required".

It works on my localhost but when I try to work it on production environnement (linux server / Lamp) , no way to sign in.

Any Idea?

Try un-installing and re-install again. what is the error message ?

I have this problem also. I have tried reinstalling about 10 times already and have tried creating different databases but always have the same results. A fix for this problem would be greatly appreciated, since nobody really has a good way to correct the problem.

log into the system locally and create another user with admin rights in osticket.
then try that one.
