Email Formating

I am having an issue with email formatting that is being sent, mainly in Outlook. When an auto response or response is sent to a user, after so long on the paragraph the text is showing a (=) sign. Example:

This is what the email format came back to the user as:

Attempting to see if after writing too much text the message response screw=
s up or not. Had issues with it yesterday so attempting to see if it has be=
en fixed.

The same thing happens in the auto responses as well if the text seems to be too long, and I am not sure why this is happening. It also is coming back funky on my blackberry, so I can confirm that it is not just Outlook.

I am using Outlook 2010 on my computer where I am testing this.
