Email Formating
I am having an issue with email formatting that is being sent, mainly in Outlook. When an auto response or response is sent to a user, after so long on the paragraph the text is showing a (=) sign. Example:
This is what the email format came back to the user as: Attempting to see if after writing too much text the message response screw= s up or not. Had issues with it yesterday so attempting to see if it has be= en fixed. This is the text that was entered by the Staff Member: Sat, Nov 13 2010 8:43am - Attempting to see if after writing too much text the message response screws up or not. Had issues with it yesterday so attempting to see if it has been fixed. The same thing happens in the auto responses as well if the text seems to be too long, and I am not sure why this is happening. It also is coming back funky on my blackberry, so I can confirm that it is not just Outlook. I am using Outlook 2010 on my computer where I am testing this. |
