Buggy overlimit notice
Overlimit notice does not stop sending.
I tested latest stable release and tested the overlimit function. There I found a quite annoying and spammy bug:
When client reaches ticket limit the overlimit notice is sent out to client and admin. So far everything fine, but although it's stated in mail to admin that notification is send only once - notification is send every 6 minutes (with cronjob active every 2 mins.) Also client receives information about overlimit every 6 mins. This is caused by client sending mails instead of using web GUI. Mails should be deleted after reaching limit and notification so would be sent only once instead of infinite. Currently if I delete or close an open ticket, next mail in queue will create a new ticket. That's no good as spammers could just kill your system. Regards, Thomas |
