Ticket Status Not Being Updated
When a ticket is closed after a staff reply the customer is not notified.

Whenever a staff checks the close ticket on reply checkbox, and hits Post Reply, the %status variable does not update the ticket's status when a customer is emailed using the %status placeholder.
