oSTicket is great. We installed it and worked flawlessly. However, we have observed minor issues and need some help.

How do I know if an open ticket was updated by customer? There seems to be no indication of it. Wouldn't it be better if ticket is shown in bold if ticket is not opened after new update (like new email in inbox)

I second this. It is absolutely necessary to see who did the last update on a ticket. How do we know if there are tickets waiting to be responded by looking at the list of open tickets?
