I found that the ability to add CC to a ticket may be very helpful, any idea how this can be be added ?

I would also find this useful. If the email address used is incorrect there is no way to communicate with the user. In my case I know the domain name of the users, sometimes they do not include a . in their name or something similar so an alternate email address or be able to edit the one used would be good.
