To be honest or either I didn't get how to do or you didn't get me.

Can you please explain how can I configure notifications to be sent to an SMS gateway when some trigger happens in the system.

1. how to set the trigger
2. how to set the notification and it's parameter

I'm currently working on SMS integration !
So far there is no official way of realising that.
