Hi all,
Im looking for the best ticketing system base on what we need. it's really very simple, when someone email me at support@foo.com it system will automatically send a new ticket to that customer, and i can view, edit, and close the ticket from the system and when the ticket is close it will send notification to that person that the ticket is close. The hard part is how can i integrate this with gmail? currently i'm hosting my mail with google apps and the only way i can think of is either pop3s or imaps.
If this can be done through osticket i will be glad to try it out.
