I've just downloaded and installed osTicket (my goodness, that was easy) - and it seems like it might be just the eh..."ticket" to serve our purposes.
I have a quick question - I would like to set this up so it handles our Maintenance requests in addition to our IT requests. As such, I'd like to have a main category of Maintenance, then show subcategories that would pertain to only Maintenance, and likewise for IT.
Is there a mod or setting that can do this for me? If not, can we request it to be in the next version?
