Complete newbie - that's me. Please help - I've installed OsTicket using Fantastico. It installed an older version. If I want to upgrade to the newer version now, how do I go about it?

I don't see why you posted this...
Anyway, you cannot upgrade from these old versions. The new versions are a complete rewrite of the program. The easiest way is just to uninstall the old version, download the newest from this site and do a complete fresh install.
