Unable to add/Update Departments

I cannot add new Departments through the UI. I can only add new departments by manually inserting a row in the MySQL database. But once I get to that point, I cannot edit the new Department entry using osTicket. I can, however edit the original default department...

When updating, it throws this error:
Unable to update Cincinnatti IT Dept. Internal error occured

While trying to add a department it gives this error:
Unable to create department. Internal error

Anyone have an idea?

I too can't add departments.

Any ideas?

By the way, this software is AMAZING! I love it!
