Extra fields when client creates a ticket

Okay I have been looking arround on the forum a bit and I couldn't find much about it... Just this topic (http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=317) in "Suggestions and Feedback" where I replied upon.

I am posting this here as well because I think the reply I did fits this section better and I really hope some people will see this and help the community..

The demo site isn't working in the thread you referenced. I'd be interested in seeing what you've coded so far. This would be a welcome addition.
