during the last few days I have reworked nearly the complete code base.
Fixed around 2.000 bugs, optimized nearly all output to be XHTML-valid.

Still working on it and fixing last bugs.
Should be available this week.

I would be interested in this - I have developed a small feedback system for users to give ratings/comments once their ticket is closed. Maybe this would fit in?
