Need Help Email Stopped

I have 3 depts, one is fine the other 2 have stopped recieving email from pop3

Nothing has been touched, I can see the emails with web mail, but cannot get them downloaded into osticket.

HELP would be great, I am not a coder at all but can find my way around.

This has been working for over 6 months NO ISSUES, then bang 2 emails stop getting pulled in ??

I once had the same problem. I checked my pop3 boxes with webmail and I saw that an mp3 attachment blocked the retrieval of the other mails. Once I removed the mp3 attachment it worked again. Maybe you have a similar problem, 1 mail blocking the rest?

I am having the same problem, however I have not recieved any mp3 attachments. In fact, during the day when osTicket stopped fetching e-mails I did not recieve any attachments at all in my e-mail. Has anyone else had this problem?
