Ok I have a issue, lol. When ever a ticket is created and somebody replys to it via email it creates a whole new ticket for that reply rather then just adding it to the ticket.... Any club how to fix this?

I have this set like this for the subject...

VooDoo DESIGNS Support Ticket #%ticket Updated


Should I leave it the default and if so what was it?

Like right now i just did a reply to one... It removed it from my inbox but created a whole new ticket for it with this subject:
Subject: RE: VOODOO DESIGNS TICKET #631116 HAS BEEN UPDATED

Resolved!

Note for anyone else.... You must keep the [] around the ticket part or it will not read it right in the subject part of your e-mail template.
