View Full Version : overdue notification - not working for me

I am not getting any notification of overdue tickets. I have "ticket grace period" set to 24 hours and "Overdue Ticket Alert" is enabled. It seems that it is designed that it only works with assigned tickets, but even that doesn't work for me. I'm the assigned staff member on a ticket created on 4/17 and haven't done any kind of follow up with it and haven't received any reminder emails.

I'm using 1.6 RC4 - anyone else have any experience with this feature working or not?

I am not sure, but did you login to osTicket after the overdue period has passed? Because I think that it is checked on staff's activity.
So it could be that if you now login the overdue emails will be sent.

Doesn't seem to be the case - I've logged in 25 to 30 times since that ticket became stale. All other notifications are working fine, but that one definitely is not!

I just seemed to resolve the same issue you are having by enabling the following option in the admin control panel.

Enable cron call on staff's activity
