I just installed OST. So far looks good. I have been looking but seems no one else has this problem. All tickets on the staff panel are locked. I can view them, but cannot modify them, and the reauth every minute is biatch. Globals are off. Any help would be great.

Same here, I sent an e-mail to OST through their website and posted a few comments on open tickets similar to this one. If anyone knows how to get this software working with IE7 so that its usable, please let us know!

what are your settings in the admin panel under the settings tab?
check your settings on Staff Session Timeout in the General Settings and then in the Ticket Options & Settings check you setting for Auto-Lock Time

I have checked and they still auto-lock when I just create one? Any idea where to look for the fix? Thanks.

Hi Julius,
did you try setting the "Auto-Lock Time" on zero (=disable) in the Admin Panel?
