Hello all,
I just installed osTicket and love it.
I searched everywhere for a user's manual, but
had no luck:confused:
Does one exist?

No, at the moment there is no manual. Please try as much as you can yourself. If you have any questions and cannot find the answer here, just post them on the forum.

what does a pre-made reply means in osticket.
what is the use of pre-made replies.

A pre-made reply is basically used when tickets get submitted about the same "problem". Pre-made replies are answers to those commonly asked questions that have already been solved.
You create a pre-made reply to a commonly asked question, then you can just include the pre-made/canned response in your email back to the client/customer without having to retype it in every time you get the same question.

I've just installed osTicket and started experimenting with it.
I also found this pdf http://upcommons.upc.edu/e-prints/bitstream/2117/12369/1/osticket_report11.pdf, which was very helpful for me! It explains Customers use cases, staff use cases, system use cases, basics, configuration e.t.c.
