I need some help

I was installing this software and I was customizing it and all i touched was the style sheet and before I did that it was all working fine but now when I try to submit a ticket it comes up with an error saying "Email mismatch". What does this mean and how could i fix this problem?

Are you logged in as a user, trying to create a ticket? Or are you logged in as staff trying to create a ticket?

I'm not logged in at all i just wanted to test it out after customizing it to make sure it was working so i submitted a test ticket and it came up saying Email mismatch so i tryed another email address and it read the same thing

What email address are you trying? What's the extension? *****@yahoo.com, ****@hotmail.com?

at first i tried an @hotmail.com address and that didn't work so I tried to use my personal company email and that didn't work either

Weird. It opened a ticket for me with no problem. Clear your cache, sessions and cookies. Then try.
