HI,
I translated the user area to Brazilian Portugues, but I can not fins the file source where I could change the following text and buttons:
"If you want to view the status of a ticket, provide us with your login details below. If this is your first time contacting us, please use the form on the left to open a new ticket."
If anyone can help me it would be super!
If OsTicket ever setup a LANG page to make the program language friendly, I like to offer to translate from english to Brazilian Portuguese. Just let me know!
Regards to all.

You need to use the latest version.
Hi Accosta,
I recently finished extracting all words and phrases from the entire osTicket project and created language files. Now it needs to be integrated with Peter's version. I really hope we can release this feature very soon now, since there are many people waiting for it. Unfortunately it is a hell of a job because of the size of osTicket.
Anyway translating into different languages will be needed eventually as well, so when we have a language file that is ready for translating you are more then welcome to give it a try.

Hi,
Are you using the helpdesk in for brazilian or portuguese clients?
I tried to use it with the clients openning tickets in portugueses, with special characters like á, é or ç, usingo UTF8_bin, but I get the text line cut whenever the special character is used.
If I try to use latin1, all the special characters turns into '?'.
Can you tell my what did you do to use it in Portuguese? Or wich collation did you chose?
Thanks,
