I would like to put in my web page the code for the new ticket and the customer view the tickets. What parts do I need to paste into my web page ?

I would suggest using an iframe and referencing the file osticket/index.php
To make it look like it fits better, make sure to take the image out of the client header file (include/client/header.inc.php) And if you need to modify the stylesheets.
