How to send Email to others in the replying ticket

Hi All,

How to send the reply ticket to others like CC & BCC in our OSticket platform ?

Currently it's sending only to one guy who raised the ticket with us when we replied and is it possible to send that others on the same time ? like in email we've a option - CC & BCC

Please help me and Thanks for your help
