Is osticket still alive?
I have posted a number of questions, threads and reponses and not a single reply.
Im starting to get a little concerned that the last update was over 3 years ago.
this is a very serious Question.
Is there a future for OSticket?

No, the last update was not over 3 years ago. It has been about a year, so yes, things are a bit overdue, but the project is still very much alive and active. Version 1.7 will be released soon.

I love me some osTicket!
Just wondering when/if the Knowledge Base option will be available.
Thanks!

DrewI'm not sure I understand. Knowledge Base works right now. It has since at least 1.6RC5 (that's when I started using osTickets).

Hmmm. When I go to the download page the only version I see is 1.6.0 (Stable).

I'd love to know where the version you're referring to is available for download.
Thanks!

1.6 RC5 was the 5th release client for 1.6. So 1.6 ST(able) is newer than RC5. If you are using 1.6 ST then knowledge base works. It certainly works in my multiple implementations of 1.6 ST.

Knowledge Base works for the admin area. But what I'm talking about is being able to have it on the front end where customers can view it and search it to find answers. This is not available as discussed on various threads within this forum.
I used osFAQ and it is sufficient at this time.

Hi Kelli
Could you clarify just what "soon" means. I Luv osTicket but am looking forward to a overdue update?
