Can't login after setup

Hello, i installed twice and i keep getting the same error.
After succesfully installing OSTicket i go to the admin screen and fill in the login data i created in the setup.
I'm sure it is the same username and logincode, but i cannot login. I keep getting 'Authentication Required' at the top of the screen.
What am i doing wrong???

It's strange, perhaps you can check the username in the database itself. Off course you cannot retrieve the password since it's encrypted.

Thnx for the replay, i did that and the username is the same. I also did found the pass was encrypted.
