emails with attachments generating 1000s of emails!!

Hi

I tried sending a few test emails with attachments to my support address which is set up to pipe to osticket.. I received a call from our ISP that the directory pipe.php is in is generating over 7000 emails! I am suspecting somewhere in the pipe.php, it is encoding the attachment files into multipart emails!!

any suggestions?
