trouble with POP3

Getting the error message

"IMAP doesn't exist. PHP must be compiled with IMAP enabled"

when I try to enable POP3 status. Basically we are going to have osticket on a centOS linux machine and an exchange server on another machine.

Any ideas?

Well basically the errormessage tells you what to do :
recompile PHP usng imap-support !
