Post Reply Text Editor

Don't know if this has been requested earlier, but a simple gmail type text editor for bolds, italics, text color highlighting and embedding images in the post reply editor shall be a great improvement.

Often we have to underline or bold some text for our clients to read it and remember that is important.

So, a proper text editor is needed. I don't know if this has been requested earlier.

I'd second this request. Or maybe include a way to toggle one on/off in settings.

I'm rather fond of and use the following in another site I manage:

Yes, it osticket can have the functionality of a perfect email client in terms of email compositional facilities, this shall really serve as a great substitute for email systems as well as ticket system.

Like a simple email client like thunderbird etc has reply to, cc, bcc text editors, and save in draft system..

simple and basic email systems.. if we have these in osticket, that shall be greatly beneficial. It shall help small companies like me to migrate to ticket system from email system.

Currently we reply all our incoming queries via emails only.. but migrating to ticket system shall be helpful.. and it shall be great if we can still mail our clients like emailing them but via os tickets.. where we sometimes cc many others.. we bcc many others.. use text formatting..

etc..

way to go with osticket.. i see my company's entire system migrating to OST soon.
