Allow submission of tickets to API endpoint.
Provide meaningful error if ticket validation fails and ticket can't be created.
Provide responses in JSON or XML (as well as HTML?).

Thanks for this mod, it really looks quite useful. I have been keeping my eye out for something that has these sort of functions. I am very grateful to have found a mod which appears to meet all my needs. I will check it out. Is anyone familiar with datanumen (http://www.datanumen.com/aer)? What do you think of them? Thanks.
