page viewing problem

Hi all,
I recently installed osTicket in my system. There seems to be a problem in ticket viewing. when I try to set the " Maximum Page size < My preference " to 5 and the number of tickets are 10 , I can view only 5 tickets , the other 5 are not been shown in a separate page.

In other words tickets are not being shown in separate pages.

Is there a way that I can come over this problem?

Are you not seeing the pagination links at the bottom, or are they not working? If you're just not seeing them, try logging out and back in.
