Is there any way I can put a default form on the ticket message box. I run a web host, and I want to have a default post layout for them to fill in
like this:
Account Username:
Error Type:
Error numbers:
Other info:
How to replicate:
Files involved:
I want this to appear in the Message box when they set the department to "Accounts Department"
Any ideas?
