what should I set those??? I just set my webserver to mysql. But I keep get error "Unable to connect to MySQL server. Possibly invalid login info."

MySQL Table Prefix -> what ever you want. It can be anything and is not very important if you have a MySQL database only for osticket. But I suggest using something like ost_

MySQL Hostname -> probably just localhost

Maybe an obvious question, but are you sure you have the right username and password entered for your MySQL database?

yes, I was type correct username and password from my startlogic's webserver mysql
