Hello,
Is there a way to have OSTICKET have a register to create tickets or live chat?
I am using livezilla so i can implement the code inside of osticket.
As it is a client can create a ticket by simply providing their email name etc.
I want them to register first, obtain a login name and after they are signed in have access to their tickets etc?
I am in desperate need of a signup/register first method for my website
I love osticket and would love to stick with it.
What software do you guys reccomend to have a members only section?
I just want registered users to have access to ticketing and live chat
