Custom fields

Hi, I am looking at using osticket on a site of mine. Can the admin create custom fields on the forms?

this would be the ideal way of doing this if the devolpers could implement it. Being able to set templates w/ different fields for different departments even.

This thread http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873 is the closest thing osticket comes to adding custom fields. You have to adjust files and add columns to databases. Currently there is no easy way to add fields.
